We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, at peak times of year this can increase but we endeavor to process all orders as quick as possible.
**** Please ensure that your engraving details are correct before you submit your order, Once submitted your order details are final , due to the high volume of orders & the speed we process orders it is extremely hard to change these details after. We will try but make no guarantees, so ensure details are correct to avoid such a problem.
****Also please ensure your delivery details on your Pay Pal account is up to date.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all pet tags to Ireland & the United Kingdom via standard post.from An Post (please note standard post has no tracking and no set delivery time)
All pet tags are sent via standard post unless registered post is selected.

Delivery Time
This can vary depending on your area, We have seen the majority of tags been delivered next day via standard post and we have seen tags taking 5 working days + to be delivered via standard post. Again this is out of out control, delays in shipping are as a result of postal service in your Area.

**** Please note we have no control over delivery times via standard post, if standard post is selected and your tag is not delivered quickly this is not our fault, we reserve the right to wait 15 working days from time of dispatch from us to see if your order is delivered, we will then at this point evaluate the situation ****
So a conservative estimate for your order would be 2 to 4 working days from the time of your order.
Returns Policy
Here at Pet Tags we aim to please all our customers. If your order is incorrect or you are unhappy we will replace it as soon as possible or offer you a refund depending on the circumstances. If you plan on returning your products this must be done within 20 days of receipt of product.
From Time to Time price increases may incur due to increased manufacturing costs we endeavor to keep our prices down but sometimes this is not possible.Such increase will happen immediately without notice.
